I take great pride in creating unique handmade candles. However, if you are not satisfied with your candle I will gladly accept a return within 14 days of shipping the order to you, and will refund the purchase price less shipping charges (or exchange for equal value). If this is the case please contact me using the Contact form, or by email to email@example.com.
If your candle arrives damaged, or has workmanship issues, please contact me immediately and I will send out a replacement.
For general returns that are not fulfillment errors or workmanship issues, the return shipping is paid for by the purchaser.
